Recently, we got the good news that “A Thermal Barrier Ceramic Coating for Carbon Steel and Its Preparation Method” jointly developed and declared by Hengerda and Beijing National Innovation Institute of Lightweight Ltd., had passed the substantive examination of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and was granted a national invention patent on March 29, 2024!

This patented technology is applied to the surface treatment process of our bi-metal band saw blade teeth, effectively improving the impact resistance of the teeth and greatly enhancing the product's performance.
