Recently, we got good news that Hengerda's independently developed “A Multi-Layer Pay-Off Device for High-Strength Toughness Die-Cutting Blades” had successfully passed the substantive examination by the China National Intellectual Property Administration and was granted a National Invention Patent on March 15, 2024!

It solves critical technical problems, including the post-processing sorting and stacking of various die-cutting rules and the high risk of manual handling due to extreme blade sharpness. This is achieved by a novel design of the feeding mechanism, lifting loading mechanism, and containment ring.
