Recently, we got good news that Hengerda's independently developed “Adaptive Anti-Backlash Gearbox and Circular Saw Machine” had successfully passed the substantive examination by the China National Intellectual Property Administration and was granted a National Invention Patent on October 13, 2023!

The present invention pertains to the field of gear transmission, which solves the combined backlash problem caused by machining errors or wear of various parts such as gears and bearings through special settings such as transmission shafts, gear sets, and anti-backlash spindles. While improving machining precision and smoothness, it also extends the lifetime of equipment or its accessories, and can be widely applied in the cutting field, robotic arm field, and transmission field.

The CNC circular saw machine independently developed by Hengerda adopts the patented technology of adaptive anti-backlash gearbox, which can eliminate the side clearance caused by the inability to achieve perfect meshing due to gear machining inaccuracies and radial run-out during cutting operations, thus making the saw blade less prone to vibration or shaking.
