  This tooth pattern approximates a combination of a standard tooth and a turtle back tooth, featuring a sharp tip and a high-strength back. The small flat platform behind the tip limits the feed rate, preventing tooth grabbing and enhancing impact resistance. It effectively addresses the challenge of maintaining high cutting accuracy despite sudden changes in material contact area during sawing, while also delivering a long service life.

• Applications

  It is mainly used for cutting materials that withstand continuous impact, such as thin-walled tubes, structural steel, bundled small bars, and other shaped materials, etc. However, the feed rate must be greatly reduced if the wall thickness is ultra-thin.
