Congratulations on the Successful Conclusion of the 22nd ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition Attended by Hengerda!

From March 30 to April 2, 2021, the 22nd Shenzhen International Industrial Manufacturing Technology & Equipment Exhibition (ITES) and the Shenzhen International Machinery Manufacturing Industry Exhibition (SIMM) (referred to as “Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition”) was held as scheduled in the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an New Hall). As an important supplier of integrated metal cutting tools and supporting equipment in China, Hengerda also attended this exhibition with its sawing tools and equipment, showcasing new technologies, products and processes to the market.

This time, Hengerda exhibited its bi-metal band saw blade series (“RJ”, “LINGYING” and “DAJU” brands), “DAJU” ceramal circular saw blades, and new products including carbide tipped band saw blades, gear grinding band saw blades and two types of high-speed bandsaw machines. Hengerda is a leading enterprise in integrated metal cutting tools and supporting intelligent equipment. (Carbide Tipped Band Saw Blades)
The carbide tipped band saw blade features a back made of high alloy spring steels and teeth made of carbides. With high red hardness, high wear resistance and high hardness, the product is generally suitable for cutting high temperature alloys, nickel-based alloy stainless steels, titanium alloys, copper alloys, aluminum alloys and other materials.
(Gear Grinding Band Saw Blades)
The gear grinding band saw blade is a product of new process belonging to bi-metal high-speed steel band blades, with more perfect tooth angle, finish and sharpness, stronger sawing capacities, and a longer service life.
Among all exhibits, the horizontal high-speed bandsaw machine (model: H-6045NC) making its debut at this exhibition is a type of intelligent CNC equipment for sawing metal materials in combination with gear grinding band saw blades and carbide tipped band saw blades. By adopting a PLC programmable electrical control system, and an innovative intelligent sawing system that helps select the types of sawing materials, the saw machine can automatically adjust sawing parameters such as sawing speed and sawing line speed to achieve the optimal sawing efficiency and greatly increase the service life of band saw blades. Working actions of the bandsaw machine are operated through the PLC display screen, on which there is digital display and automatic and manual control modes can be directly switched.


Making its debut at this exhibition, the high-speed saw machine attracted many visitors to inquire and negotiate with its novel and eye-catching appearance color matching, practical structural design, and superior dynamic performance.


Near the end of this exhibition, Hengerda's debut exhibition in Shenzhen also came to a successful conclusion.
