On May 20-24, 2024, the "2024 Metalloobrabotka" was grandly held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds. As one of the top ten leading machine tool trade exhibitions in the world, Metalloobrabotka brings together leading manufacturers, suppliers and dealers from around the world to participate in this industry event!

As a Chinese enterprise mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of metal cutting tools and supporting intelligent CNC equipment, and high-precision machine elements, Hengerda made another appearance at this exhibition with a series of star products, showcasing its advanced R&D achievements and discussing the international industry prospects with new and old customers!

At this exhibition, the company set up two booths, showcasing its three major series of products: sawing tools, machine elements and intelligent CNC equipment. Among them, sawing products include bi-metal band saw blades, carbide tipped band saw blades and so on; these products feature advantages such as high hardness, highly wear-resistant tooth tips, and long service life. Machine elements are mainly linear guide rail series products, which are characterized by low noise and high smoothness, and can still perform high-precision reciprocating linear transmission under heavy loads or high-speed motion. Intelligent equipment products include machining centers, CNC circular saw machines and so on; their excellent performance and state-of-the-art technology can meet customers’ requirements for high-precision machining in multiple scenarios.

Different from previous years, this was the first time that Hengerda’s equipment series products had gone abroad, confidently showcasing the technological strength of Chinese brands. Numerous manufacturing customer groups visited and inquired about these products. The attending customers were highly interested in Hengerda's products. The company’s technical engineers demonstrated the operation at the site and exchanged with customers on product technical configuration, service support, and R&D innovation, which effectively promoted the subsequent business communication and cooperation.

A year later, the company once again appeared at the Metalloobrabotka. Boasted with high-precision machining, efficient production and stable and reliable product quality, the exhibited products provided a series of reliable machining solutions for customers, and thus stood out among numerous outstanding exhibitors and were widely praised and recognized by customers.
